Last night, we decided to cook a "french dinner ». We made two quiches, one mushroom quiche and one salmon quiche.

It´s really hard to put my impressions of such a long time in a few words, but following the most important things for me. I hold that being a part of a foreign family is a great chance to not just improve one´s language skills and experience the culture but as well it makes you learning more soft skills, which might be a big advantage for you future life. As you have to adapt a completely different way of life from one to the next day, it makes you widen your horizon drastically.

Irene A. - Demi Pair

Hello, I am Irene, from Madrid, Spain. I really recommend this program, you not only learn the English in the school, also in your house, with the host family. They are very nice an friendly people.

I remember my first day, they gave a lot of confidence and they tried to relax me. And also I have lucky, because my host father work in something that it is similar for my likes, and we speak a lot.

Laurene - Demi Pair from France

I'm having a great time being a Demi pair in Canada. I really feel like I'm part of the family. They always include me in their activities and I enjoy spending time with them. I am learning a lot, improving my English but also opening my mind to another culture and way of life. I think that being an au pair is the best way to improve your English and experience Canadian lifestyle living with a nice family ! :)
